How do I get signed up with United Auto Credit?

You can sign up with United Auto Credit by visiting our “Become a Dealer Partner” page and filling in your contact information. A United Auto Credit Area Manager will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to guide you through the dealer enrollment process.

How do I submit applications to United Auto Credit?

United Auto Credit accepts consumer credit applications from approved dealers via DealerTrack, RouteOne, and The Fast Lane, our own premier dealer website.

How long does it take until I get a decision?

United Auto Credit has Credit Analysts reviewing applications across the country. Every credit application is evaluated and decisioned in a timely manner to enable our dealer partners to close deals fast.

Who do I contact about funding?

Our goal is to provide you with the most efficient funding process in the industry. If you have questions regarding the status of your deal you can contact our Funding Department at 866-987-6508, or reach us online via live chat.

Where do I send contracts for funding?

What is the maximum amount you will finance?

Every deal is evaluated on its own merits. As a guide, United Auto Credit will finance up to $15,000 under our preferred program, and up to $25,000 for customers who qualify for our BK Program. Guidelines aside, we make stronger calls for stronger deals.

Can I rehash any decision?

Yes. One of the unique differences that separates United Auto Credit from other lenders is the ability to rehash your own deals on The Fast Lane, as well as the availability of our credit team to discuss your deals. With buyers working every Monday through Saturday in locations across the country, we’re ready for your call.

How many days from the date of the contract can I set the due date?

The first payment due date must be no more than 45 days from the date of the contract.
